Party on Peachtree Sweepstakes

It's a Party on Peachtree! Starting Monday, September 13 thru Friday, September 17 tune in to Peachtree TV from 5p to 11p for the keyword of the day then text in for your chance to win a digital camera. One winner will be selected each night.

Official sweepstakes rules are below.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. The "Party on Peachtree Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to all legal residents of the Atlanta DMA, age 18 years or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and/or who own a text message-capable phone with the appropriate short-code capabilities as of March 15, 2010, except employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders (and their immediate families [spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses] and household members [whether or not related]) of Superstation, Inc. d/b/a Peachtree TV ("Peachtree TV" or "Sponsor"), and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, judges, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, with the Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations ("Official Rules").

2. HOW TO ENTER:

From 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 13, 2010 through 11:59 p.m. on September 17, 2010 (the “Promotional Period), Sponsor will conduct a local Sweepstakes promoting “Party on Peachtree” and will encourage entrants to enter for a chance to win a prize.  The Sweepstakes will comprise six (6) weekly drawings, each to be held at the end of each relevant “Entry Period” as provided below.

During the Promotional Period, Sponsor will run promotional spots and on-screen messages during its "Party on Peachtree" programming block (4:00 p.m. ET- 10:00 p.m. ET) telling entrants what the daily keyword (each, the "Daily Keyword") is and encouraging them to enter for a chance to win a prize. There are two ways to enter:

E-mail and text messaging. E-MAIL METHOD: During the applicable Entry Period, an entrant may send his/her name, address, telephone number (including the area code), e-mail address, the Daily Keyword, and age to contests@peachtreetv.com. TEXT MESSAGING METHOD: During the applicable Entry Period, eligible entrants may text his/her entry by text messaging the applicable Daily Keyword to 89332. All entrants who text their entries will be subject to standard charges assessed by wireless service providers both for sent and received text messages. By sending a text entry, an entrant consents to receive from the Sponsor a reply text message and, if applicable, a text message, e-mail and/or phone call notifying such entrant that he/she is a potential winner. Entrants should contact their wireless service providers for complete details with respect to standard charges both for sent and received text messages and for specific text-messaging instructions. To be eligible for the daily prize all entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET of each day of the applicable Entry Periods. All e-mail entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and all text-messaging entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the cellular service account, who must be an individual person. The prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on or associated with the winning entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or wireless transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor's control that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) entry per person, e-mail address or cellular telephone number per Entry Period.

3. HOW TO WIN:

One (1) daily prize winner (the "Daily Prize Winner") will be randomly selected by a representative of the Sponsor (one (1) by 5:00 p.m. ET on the following business day of the applicable Entry Period) from among all eligible entries received during each Entry Period (for a total of five (5) Daily Prize Winners, during each Entry Period. The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential Daily Prize Winners will be contacted by U.S. mail, e-mail, text message, and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted a text message entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the cellular service account as determined by Sponsor.

4. PRIZES:

A total of five (5) Daily Prize Winners per Entry Period (for a total of thirty-five (35) total winners) will each received one (1) mp3 music device, video game playing device, digital player device or interactive game at an approximate retail value ("ARV") of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($199) per Daily Prize Winner. TOTAL ARV OF THE THIRTY-FIVE (35) PRIZES: Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars ($6,965). reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. The Daily Prize Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded. All prize details are in Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant grants the Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use his/her name, city and state of residence, voice, picture and likeness, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. The potential Daily Prize Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a tax acknowledgment form and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release and return them within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or failure of the potential Daily Prize Winner to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) business days of such attempt may result in disqualification and, in Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate Daily Prize Winner may be selected. Such potential Daily Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Daily Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing in the Sponsor's sole discretion: (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (ii) the potential Daily Prize Winner declines his or her prize; or (iii) the potential Daily Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules as outlined herein. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded.
