BUFORD, Ga. (CBS46) – The Mall of Georgia is hosting a series of fun summertime events for the community during the third week of May.
The series will kick off on May 17 with Namaste Nights, a free yoga class taught by Bodies in Motion, at the Village Amphitheatre every Tuesday through Sept. 13. The class will begin at 6:30 p.m.
On May 18, the mall is launching its Summer Story Time events presented by Kaiser Permanente where children 10 and under are invited to gather for a reading of Green Eggs and Ham with a visit from the Cat in the Hat.
The weeklong event will conclude on May 21 with a fun-filled Summer Series Party.
The event will begin with new artist auditions, transition to a performance from hip-hop violinist Joy Black followed by Smokey Jones and the 3 Dollar Pistols, and conclude with the second Movies Under the Stars of the season featuring Clifford the Big Red Dog, according to the press release. The big event is set to start at 2 p.m.
