Atlanta Eats: It’s the last weekend of Black Restaurant Week! Black Restaurant Week, which first started in Houston in 2016, celebrates and promotes Black-owned restaurants

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - As we approach the last weekend of Black Restaurant Week, Atlanta News First’s Lana Harris and food writer Joey Weiss ventured out to find five more excellent Black-owned eateries for this week’s Atlanta Eats.

Black Restaurant Week, which first started in Houston in 2016, celebrates and promotes Black-owned restaurants. It runs from Aug. 6-20.
