National nonprofit prepares students for the real world

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A national nonprofit is helping students prepare for the future.

The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) is hosting a career readiness event for students gearing up for the real world.

The event connects learners looking to take the next step with networking opportunities, financial assistance, and college preparedness assistance.

Director of the UNCF Empower Me Tour and Clark Atlanta University Alumni Stacey Lee Spratt joined Atlanta News First to talk more about the 2023 Atlanta University Center Community Career Fair taking place Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event is located at 230 Ted Turner Drive SW.
