ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - As children with special needs age out of high school, their options for housing, education and employment may shrink. That’s where Two Sparrows Village at Christian City comes in.
The living facility gives adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to be independent — and tonight, it’s hosting its annual fundraiser! Jennifer Conforti, the founder of Two Sparrows Village, and Chris Benziger with Benzinger Family Wine, one of the organization’s supporters, came to Atlanta News First to talk about Bird Bash 2023.
The third annual fundraising gala will help Two Sparrows Village buy more land to expand its services. The event is today, Nov. 9, from 7 - 10 p.m. at the Town Stage at Trilith.
