Miss Cobb County teen talks dyslexia, building up learners with disabilities

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Research shows one in five students have a learning disability. Dyslexia happens to be the most common.

A senate bill in Georgia recently passed granting funds for free dyslexia testing for students in kindergarten through third grade.

Its passing is partly thanks to a tenth grader at Woodward Academy.

Miss Cobb County Teen Carrington Manous joined Atlanta News First to talk about her diagnosis and journey.
