ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) - Fall is fast approaching in metro Atlanta and there are lots of fun things happening in the cooler months, including multiple festivals, big concerts, comedy shows and theater. Check out our list below.

Sept. 8-Oct. 30: Helen Oktoberfest The annual Oktoberfest in Helen is a traditional folk festival featuring bratwursts and kraut, oompah bands, dancing and more.
Sept. 9-11: The 54th annual Yellow Daisy Festival at Stone Mountain features more than 350 vendors, a book signing, food and more.
Sept. 15: The Alive in Roswell monthly street festival is happening Sept. 15. There will be live music, food trucks, vendors, kid activities and more.
Sept. 15-25: The Gwinnett County Fair is happening Sept. 15-25. The annual event in Lawrenceville features carnival rides, food, entertainment, garden and livestock exhibits and more.

Sept. 16-Oct. 9: Elevate The city’s annual exhibition of temporary art in public spaces.
Sept. 17-18: Buckhead Arts Festival The Buckhead Fine Arts Festival is a two-day fine arts outdoor festival. Features approximately 100 painters, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers and more!
Sept. 17-18: Cumming Art Fest There will be 100 creative artists’ displays and a creative Kidz Zone for youngsters and their families.
Sept. 17-18: The annual Suwanee Fest in Town Center park will kick off with a parade. There will be an art market, kids zone, food and live entertainment.
Sept. 17-18: The Shakerag Arts & Crafts Festival in Peachtree City will feature vendors, food, live music and more.

Sept. 22-Oct. 2: The North Georgia State Fair in Marietta features carnival rides, live entertainment, festival food and more.
Sept. 23-25: The Atlanta Greek Festival features Greek food, arts and crafts, a Greek marketplace, live entertainment and more.
Sept. 24-25: Sandy Springs Artsapalooza Arts Festival This festival is a two-day outdoor festival bringing art to the streets of the city. The event will include a children’s play area, local musicians, interactive art stations, plus up to 150 arts and crafts participants in every discipline.
Sept. 24-25: Duluth Fall Festival The annual fall festival features arts and crafts, food, live music, a parade and more.
Sept. 24: The Southern Wilds in Lawrenceville’s Depot District Festival will feature live music, craft beer, food trucks and local vendors.
Sept. 24: The Stockbridge BridgeFest will feature entertainment by George Clinton and The Parliament Funkadelic, LeBlue, Vintage Vixens, Crissy Collins, Fabian, Soul Cartel Band, Klymaxx and others. There will also be a carnival, food trucks and vendors.
Sept. 24: The West Ponce Music Stroll in Decatur will feature a day of live music on patios and parking lots of West Ponce businesses. There will also be sidewalk chalk artists, vendors and more.
Sept. 24: The East Atlanta Strut in East Atlanta Village will feature arts and crafts, food and drink, a parade, live music and more.
Sept. 24: The Alpharetta Brew Moon Fest will feature beer from Jekyll Brewing and music by singer-songwriter BJ Wilbanks.
Sept. 24: The Porches & Pies festival at Adair Park will feature pie tasting, a bake-off, an artist market, beer garden and live music.

Sept. 24-25: Alpharetta Art in the Park features handcrafted goods by local artists and craftspeople. It occurs on the last weekend of the month June through September.
Sept. 24-25: The Sweet Auburn Music Fest will feature R&B, hip-hop, gospel music and more. There will also be food, a children’s area, vendors and more.
Sept. 25: Oakland Cemetery’s 44th annual Sunday in the Park Festival The Sunday in the Park Festival will feature living history theater performances, free cemetery tours, food trucks, live music, a children’s zone, a historical costume contest and more. There will also be a market with one-of-a-kind wares from local artists.
Sept. 30-Nov. 6: The Atlanta Fair at Turner Field in downtown Atlanta features carnival rides, midway games, plenty of food, live entertainment and more.
Sept. 30-Oct. 9: The Georgia State Fair at Atlanta Motor Speedway features carnival games, free concerts, food, exhibits and more.
Oct. 1-2: Candler Park Fall Fest The annual Candler Park Fall Festival features more than 100 artist booths, live music, food trucks, children’s activities, a 5K road race and tour of homes.
Oct. 1-2: Norcross Arts Festival Eighty artists from across the country will show off their talents with folk art, ceramics, paintings, photography, mixed media, fiber art, metalwork, and of course, jewelry.
Oct. 1: The Milton Crabapple Fest will feature approximately 100 vendor booths, food and family activities.
Oct. 1: Prost on Perry, a traditional Oktoberfest celebration, is happening in downtown Lawrenceville. There will be beer, food, live entertainment and more.
Oct. 7-8: The Wire & Wood Festival will feature performances by 30 artists on 6 outdoor stages in downtown Alpharetta.
Oct. 8: Lilburn Daze will feature arts and crafts, activities for kids, food and live entertainment.
Oct. 8: The Suwanee Taste of BBQ & Music Festival at Town Centr Park will feature BBQ tasting bites for $1 each, a kids area and an artist market.
Oct. 8-9: Chalktoberfest in Marietta at Town Square features live music, food, and chalk artists.
Oct. 8-9: Festival On Ponce The Festival on Ponce is an Atlanta arts and crafts festival set in the historic park, Olmsted Linear Park. Over 125 displays of fine arts and crafts, folk and “outsider art”. In addition to the fine arts, there will be a children’s area and local food and beverage.
Oct. 8-9: Georgia Apple Festival The Georgia Apple Festival in Ellijay features apples, a parade, a vintage car show, arts and crafts and more.
Oct. 14-15: The Cumming Greek Festival will feature authentic Greek cuisine, Greek music, vendors and cultural performances. Tours of church also offered.
Oct. 14-16: The Highland Games & Scottish Festival at Stone Mountain will feature pipers, drummers, dancers, Scottish athletic competitions, traditional food, clan tents, vendors and more.
Oct. 15: The Marietta HarvestFest features arts and crafts, scarecrow display, touch-a-truck event and special Halloween happenings, including trick-or-treating and a costume contest.
Oct. 15-16: The Magnolia Arts Festival at Drake Field in Peachtree City will feature a juried art sale, student art exhibit, food trucks, kids activities, live entertainment and more.
Oct. 15-16: Johns Creek Arts Festival The serene green space across from The Atlanta Athletic Club will come alive with 100 whimsical and fun artisans from around the country. Talented artisans who will offer their paintings, pottery, metalwork, folk art, glass, jewelry, yard art and more.
Oct. 15: Olde Town Fall Festival The annual festival in Conyers features more than 100 craft vendors, live entertainment, food and beverages.
Oct. 15: Taste and Brews Fall Festival The festival at Etowah River Park in Canton features the tastes and flavors of the South, live music from regional acts, a Kidzone, arts and crafts and more.
Oct. 22: The Rescue Dog Games at Piedmont Park will feature interactive games, pet-themed vendors, food trucks, photo booths, and a Howl-O-Ween doggy costume contest.
Oct. 22: The Great Pumpkin Fest in Canton will feature arts and crafts, food, a DJ, hay rides, games, bounce houses, trick-or-treating and more.
Oct. 15-16: Gold Rush Days Festival Celebrate the 1828 discovery of gold in Dahlonega during the Gold Rush Days Festival.
Nov. 5-6: Chastain Park Arts Festival Visitors will enjoy fine art and crafts, a children’s area, and local food and beverage concessions including the gourmet food trucks. Local acoustic musicians will enliven the atmosphere.
Nov. 5: The Taste of Kennesaw will feature samples from local restaurants. The samples will range from $1 to $4. There will also be a kids area, beer garden and live music.
Nov. 5: The Chomp & Stomp Chili Cook-off and Bluegrass Festival in Cabbagetown will feature chili samples, artist market and bluegrass music on 5 stages.
Nov. 12: The Lawrenceville Harvest Festival at the Lawrenceville Square will feature a petting zoo, live country music, food, vendors and more.
