ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - As Peachtree TV prepares to release a slew of new local programs, the network plans to shift popular mainstay Atlanta Eats to a new time slot.
Atlanta Eats new prime-time position, Saturdays at 8 p.m., officially begins Saturday, April 1. Host Steak Shapiro spoke on the move to this coveted time slot and what it means for the program.
“We’re thrilled to be headlining prime time for such a great local partner like Peachtree TV. There’s nothing I love more than highlighting the amazing culinary stories happening every day in our city. The Bread N’ Butter Content team and I are so proud of the brand we’ve created, and we’re excited to keep eating our way through the City we love,” said Shapiro.
The multiple-time Emmy-winning Atlanta Eats has graced Atlanta’s airwaves for over a decade, started by Atlanta radio host and founder/CEO of Bread N’ Butter Content Studio Steak Shapiro. In that time, the program has covered hundreds upon hundreds of restaurants across Atlanta’s evolving culinary scene, all while amassing nearly half-a-million followers across their social media platforms, YouTube, and website.
Atlanta Eats will join Monica Pearson One on One, along with other upcoming shows, as Peachtree TV stands poised to deliver exciting, fresh local programming to the Atlanta market.
