Man creates free workout class at Piedmont Park

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - When Alvin “A.B.” Bailey first started working out at Piedmont Park with friends, there were only three people. But now, that number has grown to more than 300.

Every week, hundreds of people gather in the park for “Hills 4 ATL.” Bailey came to Atlanta News First to talk about the free program and show off a few exercises!

The class is at 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. You can visit Hills 4 ATL’s Instagram here.
