Founders Derek Fedo and Jacki Frye, alongside General Manager Harrison Hess, came to Atlanta News First to talk about Southern Meal Prep, which offers easy microwaveable meals using fresh and local ingredients. Derek owns Total Nutrition Atlanta, a health and wellness supplement store in Sandy Springs, while Frye worked for a catering company — and both are avid exercisers.
