Tiki Artist with Lifeline Animal Project came to Atlanta News First to introduce Otto. Artist said pets — especially dogs — can help you go on more walks, fulfilling a common New Year’s resolution. And to help you out, the shelter is offering free adoptions this Saturday and Sunday!
