Mardi Gras is in a week, but we’re celebrating early. Donald Williams, owner of D’Juan’s New Orleans Bistro, came to Atlanta News First to talk about his restaurant. Williams worked as an accountant for more than 20 years before starting the bistro in 2023, fulfilling a long-time dream.
