ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The classic SEGA video game character Sonic is back on the big screen for “Sonic the Hedgehog 3″!
Actress Tika Sumpter, who plays Sonic’s adoptive human mother, Maddie Machowski, came to Atlanta News First to talk about the film. Sumpter said it was “incredible” to be part of such a beloved franchise and shared some behind-the-scenes details on production.
“Ultimately I have Sonic’s back no matter what,” she said of her character. “We’re just there to guide him and Knuckles and Tails and make sure they work together as a team.”
“Sonic the Hedgehog 3″ is in theaters now.
