Most women of a certain age have been there, and some may find it challenging to lose weight while experiencing this change in the body.

Sarah Fuhrmann is a certified menopause coaching specialist, and she sat down with Atlanta News First to explain how she helps women navigate through what’s happening in their bodies.
Fuhrmann also gives some tips on how women going through menopause can lose weight through a kick-start program she has created.
