ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - An exclusive weekend of culinary excellence. That is what you will get at Taste of Nobu East.
Guests will enjoy premium menu offerings, hand-crafted cocktails, live entertainment and an unforgettable evening with Chef Nobu himself.
The event will feature Nobu’s top executive chefs on the East Coast, including executive chef Iori Fujiwara and chef Thomas Buckley. Both were in the Atlanta News First studio to talk about the upcoming event.
Fujiwara and Buckley spoke about Chef Nobu’s global brand he has built that spans across five continents with 50 restaurants and 16 hotels.
Nobu, who is a classically trained sushi chef, changed his approach after being challenged by the new culture and regional ingredients, which in turn pushed him to invent his own style - “Nobu-style.”

Taste of Nobu is on Saturday, May 17 at Nobu Hotel Atlanta on Peachtree Road.
