ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — 2025 marks 20 years since The Elf on the Shelf, a beloved Christmas tradition, began!
The Elf on the Shelf creator Chandra Bell came to Atlanta News First to talk about how it all began. The Atlanta native co-wrote the original novel, “The Elf on the Shelf,” with her mother in 2005, basing it on a tradition from their own family.
Bell will be at Foxtale Book Shoppe in Woodstock on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a storytime event. Click here to learn more.
