Atlanta Braves launch exclusive television network

The team has partnered with Gray Media again to air select games for free on local television

Atlanta Braves announce exclusive television network: BravesVision The Atlanta Braves are taking control of their own broadcast future.

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The Atlanta Braves are taking control of their own broadcast future.

The team announced Tuesday the launch of BravesVision, a multimedia platform owned and operated by the organization that will serve as the official local television home of the club beginning with the 2026 season.

The move comes after the Braves terminated their deal with FanDuel Sports Network — the parent company of Main Street Sports Group — earlier this year, leaving fans wondering how they would watch games this season.

BravesVision will produce more than 140 regular season games, along with pre- and post-game programming, they said in the announcement.

“This endeavor will bring the most vital link to our fanbase – our television broadcast – back under the control of our ballclub,” said Braves President and CEO Derek Schiller. “Generations of Braves fans were raised watching games on a network that shared ownership with the baseball team. With BravesVision, we believe that we can present Braves baseball in new and innovative ways allowing us to expand and elevate our storytelling capabilities across all of our platforms.”

For fans in Atlanta and across the Southeast, the most immediate question has been a simple one: how do I watch? The Braves say fans across the the team’s six-state territory will have multiple ways to tune in without blackouts:

  • Cable and satellite: The Braves will work directly with cable, satellite and streaming service providers to bring BravesVision to their customers by a “direct-to-distributor model,” they said. Channel locations and availability will be announced as deals are finalized, the team said.
  • Braves on Gray (over-the-air): A select number of regular season games will air for free over-the-air through a continued partnership with our parent company, Gray Media, giving us the opportunity to simulcast games across our network of stations in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast. The full schedule of over-the-air games will be announced before Opening Day. For a list of Braves on Gray stations, click here.
  • Streaming: BravesVision will be available on MLB’s streaming platform, Braves.TV. The team says that a subscription to this will give fans all regular season, non-nationally exclusive games — everywhere, without blackouts. Subscribers can also add an out-of-market package to watch every MLB team.

The Gray Media partnership extends into spring training as well. Braves on Gray is carrying 15 spring training games (including four this week) across 26 markets in the Southeast — an expanded slate from last season, when Gray simulcast 15 regular season games reaching 15 million households in six states.

The Braves will still appear on nationally televised games through MLB’s exclusive broadcast partners, they said.

Atlanta was one of nine teams to end their deals with FanDuel Sports Network, joining the Cincinnati Reds, Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, Miami Marlins, Milwaukee Brewers, St. Louis Cardinals and Tampa Bay Rays.
