ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A skydiving trip turns into a nightmare when a woman plummets 4,000 feet from the sky, only to survive against all odds in Lifetime’s latest thriller.

The Atlanta-based actress and model Eva Marcille came to Atlanta News First to talk about her newest film, “Pushed off a Plane and Survived.” Marcille plays Jaynie, a woman at the center of the harrowing skydiving incident, while Tyler Lepley plays her abusive husband.

Marcille and Lepley previously starred in “Buried Alive and Survived,” another Lifetime movie with a similar premise but different characters. The network says both movies are inspired by real stories.

“Pushed Off a Plane and Survived” premieres on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 8 p.m. on Lifetime.
