ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Shake Shack is opening up its kitchen secrets to the public with the launch of a new cooking class series called “School of Shack.”
John Karangis, Shake Shack’s executive chef, came to Atlanta News First to talk about the series. The first class focuses on Shake Shack’s iconic ShackBurger, walking participants through the methods and techniques behind one of the chain’s most recognizable menu items.
The first training session is at the restaurant’s Atlanta Support Center on Wednesday. It’s booked out, but you can watch it for free on YouTube on March 17. Click here to learn more about the initiative.
