Connor Hines joined Atlanta News First as a sports reporter in July 2024. He comes to Atlanta after three years down the road in Macon. During his time in central Georgia, he covered some of the biggest sporting events in the Peach State, including the Atlanta Braves’ run to the 2021 World Series, back-to-back national championships for the Georgia Bulldogs. Connor attended Indiana University but grew up in Cardiff, California and is a life-long (sometimes suffering) fan of the San Diego Padres.
