HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has launched a new campaign to address youth substance use and mental health. The CDC said that 75% of teens have died due to drug overdose related to fentanyl, in addition to 40% of teens feeling hopelessness and sadness.
