Low groundwater levels in Shenandoah Valley spark concern for future farming

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) - As cold temperatures have made their way back to the Shenandoah Valley farmers throughout the area are hoping for some of the winter snow that often comes along with it.
