Arizona bill could help new moms get breastfeeding support

State lawmakers are debating a bill supporters say would expand breastfeeding support for Arizona moms through Medicaid and Medicare. Currently, specialized breastfeeding services are covered by some private insurance plans but a lot of mothers have to pay out of pocket. But as it moves forward, big questions remain about who gets covered and how much care families will actually receive. Karina Rubio has more.
