First Alert issued for Wednesday morning due to Phoenix rain chances

Very light rain across parts of the Phoenix area is quite possible and may impact the commute so we've issued a First Alert for Wednesday morning. The scattered rain could happen between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. with up to 0.05 inches of rain possible. The storm should bring in cooler temperatures closer to normal. Sean McLaughlin has more.
