Dems, Republicans react as Virginians vote yes to redrawing of congressional maps (10 p.m.)

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - It was a tight race across the Virginia, but Democrats have secured a major victory on Tuesday night as the Redistricting Referendum has passed.
