After fiery crash, central Phoenix business owner demands change

After a fiery crash smashed into a central Phoenix auto shop, the owner says enough is enough. Businesses along the Melrose Curve near 7th Avenue and Indian School say repeated wrecks have turned the stretch into a danger zone.
