Goodyear crash: Uber driver accused of DUI with child passenger inside
An Uber ride in the West Valley ended with a crash and serious criminal charges. Police say 28-year-old Jennifer Joyce appeared incoherent after the Jeep Compass ran off the road near Sarival Avenue and Yuma Road. Court documents say a mother and her 2-year-old child were passengers at the time. Officers later reported finding a white powdery substance that tested positive for ketamine. Joyce now faces aggravated DUI, endangerment and drug possession charges.
